Vibe Restaurant Group traces its origins to a single Little Caesars® store opened in 2005 in Nacogdoches, Texas. It has since grown to become one of the largest franchisees of the Little Caesars® concept. Today the group comprises over 104 locations in eleven states and the District of Columbia. Vibe subsidiaries are also franchisees of the Whataburger and Wingstop.

Description of Position

  • Oversee month-end close process, account reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition, consolidation, financial statement preparation (store level and combined) and financial statement analysis.

  • Responsible for accurate maintenance of financial records, system, and chart of accounts.

  • Drive overall company profitability

  • Great at developing people and helping them achieve their goals

  • Organized and strategic, strong communicator, and team player

  • Highly organized. Able to create a strategy, articulate it effectively and put together a plan to execute it. 

  • Tactical in execution of plans. Someone who is energized by being in the field. 

  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

  • Conveys a sense of urgency and projects a positive, proactive desire to support a broad range of initiatives.

  • Self-starter, highly-motivated, high-energy

  • High degree of personal integrity and professionalism

  • 15 years leading a major restaurant chain with exposure to the franchisee side of the business.
