Description of Position
Buddy V's is looking for a restaurant manager to assist the general manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. He/She is directly accountable for the supervision and management of the bar operations, host, servers front of the house staff. The restaurant manager will maintain the highest quality of beverage and service standards, cleanliness, sanitation and safety.

Reporting Structure
The restaurant manager will report to the General Manager, Christopher Chandler.
qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial position of an upscale and/or high volume food service establishment.
Experience with POS, accounting, financial, and inventory systems
Passion for the concept, cuisine and success of the brand in the given market.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader whose strengths and style complement the existing team. S/he will be a respected employee of the highest integrity and a leader who can positively affect the culture, external image, and inspire performance.
Extensive knowledge of wine, alcoholic beverages, and related regulations.
