Description of Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee 9 Wendy’s restaurants in Middletown Ohio. Wendy’s is ranked No 14 on the Franchise Times Top 500. Since acquiring 10 Wendy’s restaurants in Maine in 2020, Legacy Capital Partners has grown EBITDA almost 60 percent, raised customer satisfaction scores from the mid-70s to the low 80s, and been able to bring turnover down to 82 percent. The company is continuing to grow and recently acquired 9 Wendy’s in Ohio. This is a strong market with established loyal customers and above average AUV.

As the Director of Operations, your primary goal will be to drive operational excellence, maintain brand standards, and maximize profitability across all franchise restaurants. You will work closely with franchise owners, managers, and other stakeholders to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to drive performance and profitability across market
Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all locations
Provide leadership and guidance to managers, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer focus
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Conduct regular operational audits to assess compliance, identify operational gaps, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with franchise owners to develop and execute business plans, budgets, and sales strategies to achieve financial targets
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant managers and staff to ensure a high-performing team
Foster strong relationships with franchise owners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and operational success
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and cleanliness guidelines across all franchise restaurants

qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus
Proven experience in a similar role, overseeing operations in a multi-unit restaurant franchise environment
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, customer service, and financial management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
