We have been in business since 2011 and have grown to 30+ restaurants. We are committed to serving delicious, veggie forward food from our scratch based kitchens at an affordable price for our guests. We buy from farms we know, manage our end to end supply chain, and deliver fresh vegetables to our restaurants each night to ensure the best quality for our guests.

qualifications
15+ years hands-on operations leadership experience – restaurant experience is a huge plus.
Demonstrated track record of successfully scaling and building a brand, working cross-functionally across business units to execute and achieve results.
Knowledge and understanding of process engineering/production flow and the impact each has on overall ease of operations; Proven experience establishing, implementing, and executing operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
An advanced understanding of budgetary concepts, KPI goal setting and labor modeling. You build process and efficiency with financial results top of mind.
Enthusiasm for thinking differently, tackling complex problems, and identifying new ways of doing things. You can quickly recognize, diagnose and solve for problems and workflows for teams and leadership.
Demonstrated experience creating and executing breakthrough ideas
A natural ability to drive solutions. Can create processes surrounding strategic goals and direction.
A proven leadership track record. Can inspire others to continue to push their own ideas forward and cultivate an owner’s mentality.
Clear communication skills with experience in translating data into strategic recommendations.

In This Role you will:
OVERSEE RESTAURANT OPERATIONS, TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT, RESTAURANT CULTURE & OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE
Manage the restaurant team to deliver employee, guest and shareholder satisfaction goals, including financial results
Monitor operational results and continuously propose and evaluate creative solutions that best serve the company and our customers
Work with our Field Leaders to ensure consistent delivery of our product and service to drive financial success
Actively seek, design, implement and monitor continuous improvement processes for our restaurants
Exhibit leadership by example through effective coaching, motivating and reinforcing DIG's mission
BUILD & EXECUTE BUSINESS STRATEGIES SURROUNDING NEW RESTAURANT OPENINGS, GROWTH INITIATIVES & FORMAT EVOLUTION
Translate strategy into actionable goals for the short term and long term, while helping to implement organization-wide goal setting and prioritization.
Collaborate with the Real-Estate and Development team on expansion opportunities, inclusive of service model innovation.
Identify business development opportunities in partnership with the C-Suite and build structure around testing the validity of partnerships, innovations and format evolution.
MANAGE FUNDAMENTAL PILLARS OF THE BUSINESS INCLUDING FOOD SAFETY, ASSET MANAGEMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN
Spearhead initiatives surrounding creating food safe DIG restaurants. Create both short term and long term goals around food safety KPI metrics and reporting.
Partner with Culinary leadership to create standards surrounding operational flow within restaurants through the lens of facilities management, asset care, restaurant set up and instilling an owner’s mentality in our leaders.
Partner with Culinary and Supply leadership to support our sourcing goals, mission work, and seasonal menu changes all while thinking through the lens of food cost management and diversification of food product.
LEAD A PEOPLE-FIRST APPROACH TO RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT AND EXCELLENCE
Oversee people operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive & diverse culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention across the organization, providing mentorship to other leaders within the org
PARTNER WITH KEY LEADERS TO ACHIEVE OPERATIONAL RESULTS AND SCALE THE BUSINESS
Partner with the Tech team on building infrastructure, operational products, data management and IT systems that support long term operational goals around creating efficiencies in the restaurant and organization at large.
Collaborate with the CFO on creating budgets, tracking cost and monitoring sales to target to achieve growth targets over the near term
Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
Partner with Marketing and Business Development in aggressively growing sales channels through local brand marketing, digital optimization and creative storytelling
Maintain and build trusted relationships with key leaders, partners and stakeholders with the company and restaurant industry at large
